KETOCALC This app is designed for use by people familiar with the ketogenic diet (please go to flexibleketogenic.com to learn more). It complements other nutrition or fitness apps - it is not a general nutrition app itself but is a calculator which determines the level of ketosis similar to keto sticks or blood tests. The advantage of this app over keto sticks or blood tests is that rather than letting you finding out if your meal was ketogenic afterwards, our accurate formula lets you PRE-PLAN ketogenic meals. The ratio KetoCalc yields is accurate, because it is based on a well researched formula developed by Dr. R. T. Woodyatt who tested and verified it in his successful efforts to cure epilepsy with ketogenic diets.
